Not sure whether personal training is right for you?
When Exercise Doesn’t Feel the Way It Used To
Leaking, pelvic pressure, core weakness, discomfort or uncertainty about exercise can make it difficult to know what your body needs.
Maybe you are:
Pregnant and want to keep moving confidently
Rebuilding your strength postpartum
Noticing changes during perimenopause or menopause
Moving forward after pelvic floor physiotherapy
Returning to exercise after pain or injury
Unsure how to strengthen your core or pelvic floor safely
Generic workouts do not always consider your symptoms, stage of life or movement history.
One-on-one personal training gives you a plan designed for your body—so you can stop second-guessing every movement and start building strength with confidence.
Pelvic Floor and Core Support Through Every Stage
Your pelvic floor and core needs can change throughout your life.
Pregnancy, birth, hormonal changes, injury and aging can all affect how your body feels and responds to exercise.
Your sessions will consider your pelvic floor, core, breathing, posture, symptoms and personal goals. We will begin where you are and build from there.
Together, we can work on:
Pelvic floor and core coordination
Whole-body strength
Breathing and pressure management
Balance, stability and posture
Exercising with leaking, pressure or discomfort
Returning to exercise after injury or rehabilitation
Building confidence to exercise independently
This is not a one-size-fits-all workout. It is personal training designed around you.
Bridging the Gap Between Physiotherapy and Exercise
Knowing which exercises to do is one thing. Feeling confident doing and progressing them is another.
Krystal can work alongside your Essential Physio practitioner while you are receiving treatment or support you as your next step after discharge.
Your sessions can help you apply what you are learning in treatment to strength training, everyday movement and the activities you want to return to.
You do not need to wait until physiotherapy is finished to begin.

Who Am I
I’m Krystal Schouten, your Pelvic Floor Fitness Specialist and founder of Fitness Reset in Brantford and for over 10 years I’ve helped postpartum women rebuild their core strength, support their pelvic floor, and step back into movement feeling strong and capable.
I work alongside pelvic floor physiotherapists and have been a guest speaker at dozens of women’s health events across Brantford and surrounding communities. I’m also the host of Potty Talk — a podcast where we break the stigma around pelvic floor health.
I understand that pelvic floor concerns can feel personal and vulnerable. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where there is no such thing as too much information.
You will leave your sessions understanding your body, knowing why you are doing each exercise and feeling more confident about moving forward.
This is where you train with intention. This is where you build confidence. This is where you become the best version of YOU!
Real Women. Real Results.
