A Leak-Free Life Starts With 3 Tiny Habits

Download the free guide designed for busy women who want real results without overwhelm.

You don’t talk about it.
But you think about it.

When you jump.
When you sneeze.
When you laugh too hard.
When you exercise.

You cross your legs.
You wear liners “just in case.”
You wonder if this is just part of getting older… or having babies.

And maybe you’ve even tried Kegels — squeezing randomly while driving or brushing your teeth — but nothing really changed.

Here’s the truth:

Leaking isn’t just about doing more exercises.

It’s about retraining your core the right way.

And that doesn’t have to be complicated.

This free guide shows you 3 simple habits you can start today to:

✔ Understand how your core actually works
✔ Reduce pressure that causes leaking
✔ Build strength in a way that fits into real life
✔ Stop guessing and start feeling in control

No intense workouts.
No 45-minute routines.
No shame.

Just small, powerful shifts that add up.

This guide is for you if:

You’re 30–55 and experiencing leaks when you move

You feel disconnected from your core

You’ve had babies (or not!) and things feel “different”

You want strength — but don’t know where to start

You’re tired of being told to “just do Kegels”

You don’t need more information.

You need direction.

WHY THIS WORKS

As a pelvic floor fitness specialist who works with women every day, I’ve seen this over and over…

Women don’t need harder workouts. They need better habits.

Strength starts with awareness. Awareness starts small.

These 3 habits are the foundation I use with my clients inside my programs — and now you can start today, for free.

Imagine…

Sneezing without panic.

Exercising without fear.

Laughing without crossing your legs.

That confidence doesn’t come from willpower.

It comes from rebuilding your core properly.

And it starts here.

Small habits. Real strength. Leak-free confidence.

I’m Krystal Schouten, a Pelvic Floor Fitness Specialist and founder of Fitness Reset in Brantford and for over 10 years I’ve helped women understand their bodies, rebuild their core strength, and reduce leaking through simple, intentional movement.

I specialize in pelvic floor health, prenatal and postpartum fitness, and core connection. I work alongside pelvic floor physiotherapists and support women of all ages who experience leaking, pressure, back pain, or that “disconnected” feeling in their core.

I created this free guide because too many women are experiencing incontinence and either feel embarrassed to talk about it or assume it’s just something they have to live with. It’s common. But it’s not normal.

Inside this guide, I walk you through three foundational habits alignment, core breath, and “blow as you go” that you can begin today. These small daily shifts help retrain your pelvic floor and deep core muscles so you can feel more supported, more connected, and more confident in your body.

This isn’t about quick fixes or complicated routines. It’s about understanding how your body works and building strength from the inside out.
