I’m Krystal Schouten, a Pelvic Floor Fitness Specialist and founder of Fitness Reset in Brantford and for over 10 years I’ve helped women reduce leaking, reconnect to their core, and build strength from the inside out.

I work alongside pelvic floor physiotherapists and have been a guest speaker at women’s health events across Brantford and surrounding communities. I’m also the host of Potty Talk, where we have honest conversations about pelvic floor symptoms many women are told to ignore.

I created the Pelvic Floor Reset Retreat because I saw too many women in Brantford dealing with leaking, pressure, back pain, or a disconnected core while feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. They were either jumping into high-impact workouts too quickly or avoiding movement altogether.

This 2-hour pelvic floor workshop in Brantford blends clear education, breath and nervous system regulation, guided release work, and strength-focused movement. You’ll learn how your breath, posture, and deep core work together and leave with practical tools to support your pelvic floor in daily life and exercise.
